This amplifier series is designed for various applications, with a maximum unity-gain bandwidth of 350MHz, a differential gain of 0.02%, and a differential phase of 0.09°. It also has a load capacity of 100mA. The series includes rail-to-rail input and output characteristics, an extended common-mode input range beyond the power supply range, excellent capacitive load handling, and operates from -40°C to 125°C.

This series is designed for various applications, using TSMC's advanced CMOS technology and a new chopper circuit structure, which keeps the input offset voltage near zero over time and temperature changes. They can be powered by as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and as high as 5.5V (±2.75V), single or dual supply. They feature rail-to-rail outputs (swing within 50mV of the power rail voltage) and extended common-mode range (100mV beyond the power rail voltage), with fast overload recovery and built-in anti-RF interference capabilities.

The complete series of logic devices features single/dual/multiple channel designs, input voltages from 1.65V to 5V, and nanosecond-level transmission delay for faster response. They are available in low-power, various packages, suitable for operating environments from 0°C to 125°C, convenient for use in a wide range of applications.
