Zero-Drift Precision Operational Amplifiers

This series is designed for various applications, using TSMC's advanced CMOS technology and a new chopper circuit structure, which keeps the input offset voltage near zero over time and temperature changes. They can be powered by as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and as high as 5.5V (±2.75V), single or dual supply. They feature rail-to-rail outputs (swing within 50mV of the power rail voltage) and extended common-mode range (100mV beyond the power rail voltage), with fast overload recovery and built-in anti-RF interference capabilities.
